The Glassman Foundation Family Arts Festival

Mission

Provide interactive, multicultural, and multidisciplinary arts experiences for all ages and to showcase a diversity of artists in an accessible setting in the heart of downtown Tucson.

Goals:

• To produce a sustainable community event whose proceeds enhance arts education programs and services administered by the Tucson Pima Arts Council.
• To expose the community to the diversity of the arts through high quality performances, exhibitions and arts learning experiences.
  
• To celebrate the rich, diverse heritage of the Sonoran Desert while enhancing the quality of life and sense of community.
• To forge partnerships and collaborations to promote the arts, cultural tourism and economic development.
• To increase participation in the arts year-round.
• To contribute to the revitalization of downtown.
