The Glassman Foundation Family Arts FestivalParticipant OpportunitiesArtists and arts enthusiasts! You are invited to make your creative contribution to the Glassman Foundation Family Arts Festival. This FREE event is a favorite every year for thousands of art lovers in the region. TPAC is currently accepting applications from performers, food vendors, nonprofit organizations, and volunteers. PerformersPerforming artists will be showcased on stages located throughout the festival. This is an opportunity to feature local performing artists and introduce them to the community. Individual artists and groups of all sizes are welcome to apply. A W-9 tax form must be completed, and the original, signed form must be submitted with the application, see below. A jury composed of individuals from the local arts community will review all applications. Groups will be accepted based on the quality of performance, background and experience, and festival needs. All performances are 30 minutes in length. The jury will also develop a waiting list for each stage to allow the Family Arts Festival to fill spaces resulting from cancellations. A modest honorarium will be paid to artists after the festival. We wish to provide Festival goers with high quality food at a reasonable price. In addition, we wish to provide, when possible, fundraising opportunities for nonprofit organizations. For a setup fee of $30, a 6-foot table and two chairs will be provided. To participate at this event, your table must have an arts & culture component. Nonprofit organizations may not sell food, beverages, or artwork at their tables. Space is limited; apply early. Applications will be reviewed by a selection panel.
